Grilled Pizza! If you've never tried it, you should. Super easy to do and tastes awesome. Go to the local grocery, get some pre-made pizza crust (Bobolli is what I tried), take some olive oil & brush the top of the crust first and place on the grill to brown. Flip it over, and put oil on the bottom of the crust, then add toppings and grill on low for about 10 - 15 minutes or until done. I did mine on the top rack and it came out really well. I did two pizzas, one with veggies and bacon for the wife & daughter and then pepperoni, bacon & mushroom for the son & me. Two twelve inch pizzas were plenty for all four of us.

Grilled pizza is great homemade as well. Make a pizza, freeze a pizza, grill a pizza.

I'll be having pasta from a box and sauce from a jar today. Because I'm rich and can afford exactly those things.

I have tried it and it is our preferred way of making our own pizza. We get pre-made dough and let everyone make their own pizza, they're never round, but they're always delicious.

Nom, nom, nom. Sounds good. I have made it with pizza dough in a roll but never tried Boboli. Thanks

I layer mine with re-fried beans, salsa (as sauce), and co-jack cheese. Topped with a little sour cream after cooking.

I make my dough from scratch, and use a pizza stone with the oven set at 500 degrees.

Kinja'd!!!

Honey & whole wheat crust with a (made from scratch) pesto. Topped with braised beef, onions, tomatoes and feta cheese.

Kinja'd!!!

White crust with a bbq sauce base. Topped with dark chicken meat braised in beer & bbq sauce, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and shredded cheddar.
